Originally Developed for Villawood Properties using our original Community Portal platform, Marriott Waters has recently been re-developed in both its design, functionality and features we've provided using are new second-generation Community Portal system. Marriott Waters Online has been developed for Select Owners Corporation in conjunction with Villawood Properties.
Marriott Waters Online is used by residents of the Marriott Waters Estate which is located in the outer-Melbourne community of Lyndhurst. The development features approximately 1000 home sites as well as plans for a future residents club centre, a primary school and proposed shopping precinct.
The new Marriott Waters Online Community Portal is one of our latest second-generation Community Portal which is built on a easy to use, dynamic open-source platform. This Community Portal has a number of features that includes secure document storage for Owners Corporation meeting minutes, a full social networking interface, local news and events calenders, and an easy to use and maintain booking system for the various communal facilities Marriott Waters has to offer.
Our Community Portals are an ideal solution for any Owners Corporation, Residents Committee, Charity Organisation, Business or Community of any size or make up. Everyone can use the system (if you know how to send an email or surf the web.. then you can use and maintain it) and we provide any additional training to the manager of the site. Our Portals save on administrative and storage costs, online security and maintains your organisation's history.
