The Artist OCM Online is one our latest second generation community portals with full social media integration and a range of great improvements and features. Developed for Owners Corporation Management (a subsidury for Melcorp), The Artist OCM is a Community Portal for the residents of the Artist Apartments.
The Artist Apartments is a luxury apartment complex built by PDG and Schiavello in conjunction with Melcorp, in the inner-Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy North. Its unique design keeps with the local bohemian style of the Fitzroy-Collingwood area, one of the most virbant in Melbourne.
As with all of our second-generation Community Portals, the Artist OCM Online was built on an open-source platform that allows the local Owners Corporation to make changes quickly and easily. This Community Portal has a number of features that include secure document storage (for owners corporation meeting minutes), news and events calenders, local information about the area, apartment and appliance manuals and a range of contact forms for administrative and maintanence requests.
It is an ideal product for any Owners Corporation or local community as it can save on administrative and document storage costs, preserve a comphrensive history and allow for the easy updating of vital community news and events.
